Pixie Lily makes every effort to process orders the day we receive them during the week. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. You will be sent a FedEx Ground tracking number when your order is shipped. Please expect receipt of your delivery within 5-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation.  We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or outside of the United States. Gift Boxes are only available with the purchase of clothing. We are unable to honor orders for just the Gift Boxes.

Coupon Codes/Gift with Purchase Offers

Coupon codes posted on blogs and websites are time sensitive. Please contact Pixie Lily with questions regarding coupon code validity (877.579.0364 or Gift with purchase offers are good while supplies last and limited to 1 per customer. Coupon codes are good only with full priced merchandise and may not be used with discounted styles or special offers.

Instagram Give Away

We give a free outfit  each month to a lucky winner who tags @pixielilybaby in their Instagram photo caption and uses the hashtag #mypixielilybaby featuring their little one in Pixie Lily. Winners are chosen on the 15th of each month and contacted directly. Only in stock merchandise is available. Items listed "out of stock" cannot be pre-ordered. Winners must claim their prize with 5 business days.


Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are not available with the purchase of sale or discounted merchandise.


Pixie Lily is only able to accept returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased at or ordered through a customer service representative at Pixie Lily without exception.


Merchandise for return or exchange must be returned unused and in its original condition with hang tags within 14 days of the invoice date.  You will be refunded the cost of your item less restock fees (7.00 per item). You must include your original invoice or gift receipt in the shipment. Please use a shipping service that provides tracking information. Pixie Lily will not be responsible for packages lost in transit and only assumes responsibility once packages have been received at our warehouse.

Each item returned is subject to a 7.00 restocking fee to cover packing and shipping. Items returned for exchange are not subject to restocking fees but additional shipping charges will apply.


Credit card refunds can only be made to the card charged and will reflect the deduction of any applicable restock charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For additional information, please contact your credit card company.


There are no restock fees or additional shipping charges if merchandise is flawed.


Wholesale Returns for Flawed Items

Pixie Lily must receive notice of flawed merchandise within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will be happy to issue call tags and refund your card if we do not have a replacement in stock.


Pixie Lily does not except wholesale returns on unflawed merchandise or sale or special offer items that are cut to order. 


Privacy Policy

Pixie Lily does not sell or transfer any personal information provided by customers while visiting or making purchases on our website. We do collect emails submitted to us during the order process and may use these addresses to notify you of upcoiming sales or developemnts on our site.
