Domestic and International Shipping
Pixie Lily offers complimentary ground shipping on all orders. We ship Monday through Thursday. Allow 24-48 hours to process orders for standard ground shipping. Expect receipt of your delivery within 5-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Coupon Codes/Gift with Purchase Offers
Coupon codes posted on blogs and websites are time sensitive. Orders placed with coupon codes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Please contact Pixie Lily with questions regarding coupon code validity (877.579.0364 or email@example.com). Gift with purchase offers are good while supplies last and limited to 1 per customer. Coupon codes are good only with full priced merchandise and may not be used with discounted styles or special offers.
We are unable to accept returns for FINAL SALE merchandise.
Pixie Lily is only able to accept returns on merchandise purchased at www.pixielily.com or ordered through a customer service representative at Pixie Lily. We do not allow returns on merchandise purchased through other channels without exception.
Returns with refund are allowed within 14 days of receipt of your order. You MUST contact our offices via email firstname.lastname@example.org (Subject: RETURN). Items returned without authorization will be refused. Pixie Lily will only refund items returned with authorization and a return label issued through our website. Once your return has been received we will issue a refund to the original form of payment less shipping charges. We are unable to refund expedited shipping costs or gift boxes.
HANG TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED AND CLOTHES MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PLASTIC PACKING SLEEVE WHEN RETURNS ARE RECEIVED. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT TAGS WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUND OR CREDIT.
WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS ISSUED A RETURN SHIP LABEL THROUGH OUR WEB PORTAL.
Simply place a new order for the style or size you would like at your earliest convenience. We produce limited quantities and cannot hold items while waiting for a return. Return the item you have following the Return Policy.
Pixie Lily Returns
Credit card refunds can only be made to the card charged and will reflect the deduction of any applicable restock charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For additional information, please contact your credit card company.
Pre-Orders/Merchandise Cut to Order
We are unable to offer refunds or credit for deposits made on pre-orders which are orders that are cut specifically for you. We are happy to accept your cancellation but cannot transfer the deposit to you as a credit since we are accepting inventory and paying our factory for merchandise that was ordered for you.
Pixie Lily does not sell or transfer any personal information provided by customers while visiting or making purchases on our website. We do collect emails submitted to us during the order process and may use these addresses to notify you of upcoming sales or developments on our site.
